I feel he added so much to them that he was almost as integral part to the band as the Wright brothers. The stuff I heard without him just seemed kind of flat. So I guess I have to say that the Kerr era of NMN is the best era.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4191686244361274747.post-84888798149635615002011-10-28T06:13:42.540-05:002011-10-28T06:13:42.540-05:00thank youthank youAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4191686244361274747.post-33817477391954765672011-10-28T02:18:35.958-05:002011-10-28T02:18:35.958-05:00thanks a ton for these. i own the 45 here, along ...thanks a ton for these. i own the 45 here, along with most everything they released, but a lot of it is on vinyl that i haven't converted. that means i haven't listened to it in a while, so i appreciate these uploads (and your interview posts).postbearnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4191686244361274747.post-90974076073934065782011-10-27T16:31:39.883-05:002011-10-27T16:31:39.883-05:00all periods of nomeansno should be revered. i am s...all periods of nomeansno should be revered. i am simply happy they exist and continue to release records.

that said, sex mad/you kill me is usually my favourite.the carphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14836434117961818774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4191686244361274747.post-41187639067512385502011-10-27T09:24:03.097-05:002011-10-27T09:24:03.097-05:00Nineteen ninety was about the time when Nomeansno ...Nineteen ninety was about the time when Nomeansno came into focus for me.
I'd already learned about them via CBC's Brave New Waves and my bandmate's love of playing a rendition of "Brother Rat/That's What Slayde Says" whenever there was a break in our rehearsals. But it was in that storied year I first picked up "Wrong" (and, in my shame, must admit I tried trading it for a copy of Dinosaur Jr.'s "Bug") and was soon enough blown away by their ferocity, originality and breadth of scope (Blues rock? Prog rock?!?). My intense love and dedication to dissonant metal, sloppy rock, naff guitar pop, etc., etc. notwithstanding, Nomeansno are actually one of the greatest bands this world will ever see. "Wrong" and "Small Parts" prove this.CallPastorJerkfacenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4191686244361274747.post-14476956387986401142011-10-27T07:12:18.188-05:002011-10-27T07:12:18.188-05:00"
