One of a fifteen-volume bootleg series from the early aughts full of raw punk noise from the likes of: Generation X, The Heartbreakers, The Last Words, The Jolt and soon to be post-punks The Scars:
Spunkstains Volume Ten link is in the comments.
This little swill bucket of joy's sole glitch is that the Last Words rockin' "No Music in the World Today" is repeated twice, though I consider that more of a feature.
Speaking of comments, whadda'ya make of this spread of Spunkstains?

ReplyDeleteCheers...as I said I've got already 14 volumes recorded on tapes, still missing vol. 15 and I'm hardly awaiting to hear'em...but I'm also just courious to see how many songs You'll post on forthcoming volumes 'cause I dont have 2 songs from vol.5 and 2 songs from vol. 7 on my tapes (on vol.11 i've got 17 songs;vol.12/16;vol.13/19 and on vol.14/19 song!!!)...
ReplyDeletealso, not bad compilations in serie is PUNKARAMA, including some rare and same well known bands like Clash,Damned,Sex Pistols,etc...and this serie is a worthwile for young punks who just dicovered that music...an interesting will be also with all American bands serie titled BORED WITH USA...
anyway, thanks for sharing with us some great lost punk nuggets from the glorious years ,1977,1978,1979...
