The Bizarros: Sordide Sentimental 7" (1980)

Roberto's Rarities:
An
irregular MRML series powered by the wild generosity of our reader, Roberto: Enjoy and don't forget to leave our benefactor a thank-you comment.

The Bizarros were a punky new wave band from Akron, Ohio with a sound I might describe as 'Velvet Devo' but which Clash-man Mick Jones called "a psychedelic revival'. These two songs are form a 1980 French single issued with Sordide Sentimental fanzine.

Let Roberto and me know what you think of The Bizarros in the COMMENTS section (where you'll find the Sordide Sentimental 7")

  1. Hey our last rarity got way more downloads then comment (43 d/l's vs. 3 comments!) so it's time to pony up some words to help encourage us to keep the rarities coming.

  3. Wouldn't call this either pscyh or Velvet devo, but it's a couple of KBD tracks.

  7. Thanks so much. The Bizarros are one of the most beautiful bands in the world. Never heard this one before. Your effort to make great sought after, out of print music like this available to a guy like me who has been living in an attic for 30 years is comendable and very appreciated!
